Local cuisine in Edo including seasonal fish, shellfish and vegetables
4.Sliced raw fish Tuna soaked in soy sauce, fried shrimp, Japanese horse radish, Japanese radish, Oba. Ugo and Kogiku.
The tuna soaked in soy sauce is an older method of preserving Edo Sushi.
5.Vinegared dish Japanese radish ,Carrot, Jellyfish in sweet in vinegar
6.Broiled food Broiled scallop
The fishermen in Edo broiled fish and shelfish with a fire to endure the cold and ate them.
7.Lobster Broiled lobster with mayonnaise
8.Kaemono Salmon sushi wrapped in a cherry leaf.
9.Tempura Anago, Kisu and ears of rice with the mixed green tea powder and salt
Anago and Kisu caught in Tokyo Bay were delicious.
10.Dumpling of rice flour Rice-flour dumpling rice cake
11.Broiled Eel In Edo, it was treasured as very nutritious food.
12.Crab Boiled crab with special sauce
13.Pot-steamed hotchpotch Including egg mushroom, ginkgo nut, bamboo shoot and Japanese honewort.
