| 4.Sliced raw fish | Tuna soaked in soy sauce, fried shrimp, Japanese horse radish, Japanese radish, Oba. Ugo and Kogiku. The tuna soaked in soy sauce is an older method of preserving Edo Sushi. |
| 5.Vinegared dish | Japanese radish ,Carrot, Jellyfish in sweet in vinegar |
| 6.Broiled food | Broiled scallop The fishermen in Edo broiled fish and shelfish with a fire to endure the cold and ate them. |
| 7.Lobster | Broiled lobster with mayonnaise |
| 8.Kaemono | Salmon sushi wrapped in a cherry leaf. |
| 9.Tempura | Anago, Kisu and ears of rice with the mixed green tea powder and salt Anago and Kisu caught in Tokyo Bay were delicious. |
